Money Managers
All troops in SU 80-9 must maintain and submit money manager reports electronically to the SU Money Manager by the dates below. The reports are in an Excel format and the same file is to be used all year, adding to what has already been approved. Receipts in electronic format must accompany the reports. Troop leaders, co-leaders and money managers are to be copied on the email. Once the report is approved, it needs to be sent to the parents in the troop to maintain financial transparency.
